Overview of the role

Overall responsibility for managing finished goods supply for Vax to ensure demand is met with additional responsibility for fulfilment of UK FOB orders to be delivered on time and in full. The role will cover management of suppliers and orders for UK and international markets to ensure required schedules are met and supplier performance is measured to improve performance. The Nitty Gritty! - Management of FOB sales orders to ensure delivered on time and in full with communication to key stakeholders

Management of UKDC, FOB and International supply for finished goods to ensure demand is met within constraints; with risks to supply highlighted and escalated through outlining where orders need to be placed and expediting / de-expediting orders in line with this

- Smoothing of inbound containers to ensure that the operation is most efficient
- Maintaining Inventory Capacity and Supply Plan
- Administration of purchase orders
- Management of lead times - maintaining lists of lead times, driving down lead times through resourcing with TTI and managing component buffer stock at suppliers
- Administration of FOB sales orders - raising sales orders, amending ship dates, invoicing
- Management of capacity at suppliers - providing purchasing forecast to TTI, working with TTI to address potential capacity constraints
- Reporting
- Liaising with warehouse team on supply related queries
- Review supplier delivery performance, improve supplier performance through feedback and measurement with TTI
- Attending monthly supplier review with TTI team

- A high level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure through fulfilling all duties and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Self-sufficiency in Microsoft packages and proficiency in Excel is essential
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work unassisted
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
