Customer Service Advisor
First Personnel are currently recruiting for 16 Customer Service Advisors to join our Public Sector client in the Birmingham City Centre.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be taking incoming calls in regards to Rents, Revenues and Benefits
- Ability to provide excellent customer care
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous Contact Centre experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration skills Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm with a 45 minute break. Start date: 21st August 2017 - during this time you will be in training for the first 3 weeks. No holiday will be allowed. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain experience within the public sector with temp to perm opportunities available.
