I am currently recruiting on behalf of a long established specialist Third Party pension administration company for a Pensions Administrator.

You will be joining a small team of 10 based at their offices in Sutton Coldfield.
The purpose of your role is to provide bespoke pension administration to a portfolio of client schemes. Your role will primarily be client facing, interacting with client contacts and then liaising with a back office team who primarily oversee the back office payroll functions.

Your responsibilities will include:
-To process accurately the full range of member event administration and related tasks including calculation and communication of pension scheme benefits, ensuring all work is carried out to current procedures, corporate styles and legislative requirements.

-Produce Administration Reports and other required reports ready for peer review. Deal directly with members, trustees and clients responding accurately and appropriately to any enquiries raised.

Prioritise and plan own work, identifying and communicating potential bottlenecks/problem areas to your team manager
Review and analyse processes used in day-to-day activities actively seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of these. Be actively involved in the work required to design, develop and implement the changes

To be considered for this role you must have 2-5 years experience of working within occupational pension administration.
In addition the following are essential:

-Customer focus and ability to deal appropriately with customer enquiries Planning and organisational skills
-Hold GCSE's in Mathematics and English, grade C or above
