Main Purpose of the Job

To support the HR team and the wider business through the production and analysis of people related data.

Firm wide: POMs, Project management, HR Systems Analyst (Canada), Commercial Director/ Finance
Team wide: HRD, Head of HR, Head of Performance and Reward, HR team members
External: Northgate, GPTW
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Run all Monthly HR reports from Empower
Agree and create monthly HR data summary for use within the team and the wider firm
Develop the existing quarterly board packs to include: producing data and analysis and managing the collation of final packs with input from Recruitment, L&D and BPs
Improve availability of core Recruitment and L&D data to support above requirements
Consulting with the teams to improve the provision of MI
Support D&I work through regular reporting of progress against given metrics
Great Place to Work - work with the project leader to agree data requirements and then produce analysis of results
Maintain relationship with HR Systems Analyst in Toronto and liaise on work where joint data is required
Support BD work through the creation of data for bids or media articles
Manage adhoc reporting requirements from the firm where data can't be provided on a regular basis
Manage relationship with Account Manager at Northgate and work with Technical Specialist when necessary on background changes and developments
Part of the working group to scope and build a business case for a new HR system and ultimately support implementation of a new system
Help to develop IT capability within the HR team
Key skills and experience

Experience of HR Systems generally and their reporting functionality
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
General experience of using Word and Powerpoint packages
Experience of creating and analysing data packs for different audiences
Consulting skills to analyse data requirement and produce MI
