Think Rugs are looking for a hard working, dedicated office admin assistant to join our team based in Stoke on Trent.

We are an importer and distributor of all types of rugs to the European market. Our business is growing and with it so is our team. We are looking for a candidate to join our team with the dedication and work ethic to continue to help the business grow.

The contract is a temporary 7 month term with a start date of around 21/08/17.

The role involves working in a busy environment with responsibilities including ordering taking, order management, invoicing, customer service through phone calls and emails, data entry and general office administration.

The successful candidate must show the following skills:

  • Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in microsoft word and excel
  • Positive attitude and a flexible approach
  • Friendly character

37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm. Applicants must be flexible with working hours.

GBP9,750 for term of contract.
