Are you advanced in Excel and able to do Pivot Tables and V look ups, and have a good working knowledge of SAP?

Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Technical Support to join a well established company based in Warwick on a temporary basis for 4-8 weeks. The ideal candidate must be able to commit to the full contract.

The main function of the role is to provide excellent service levels to customers requiring technical support, from before sales advice on product selecting, standards, design and installation to after sales support including complaint handling and to give technical support to the sales team as required.

Other duties will include:
*Giving correct advise relating to the companies products either by telephone, or in writing, as and when required
*Providing detailed support on all aspects of the companies product lines
*Providing general support on all aspects of the piping systems product lines
*Supporting the sales force and marketing department on technical related issues
*Ensuring all data added to departmental databases is accurate
*Interpreting customer requirements and providing appropriate action
*Assisting the coordination of all services and products in conjunction with training activities
