This well-established retail company based in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a competent support administrator to work in the Repairs and Service Department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a busy, high pressure administration role and be able to work in a team environment.

Job duties include:

• Being the first point of contact for all external telephone calls
• Typing up letters to various recipients and filing copies accordingly
• Receiving inbound packages and handling all administration involved
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Coordinating certain aspects of the repair service process such as packing and posting jobs and receiving returned items
• Liasing with customers on general enquires not related to product repair
• Monitoring departmental levels of stationery and order when required
• Undertaking any other ad hoc administration duties as required

This role is full time (40 hours) and there is a requirement of working one Saturday out of four with one day in the week given off in exchange.

The salary is negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s experience.
