We have a unique role based in the Warwick area for an experienced and savvy EA within a nationally recognised business. We are looking for someone to act as the right-hand person to entrepreneurial individual in the restructure and growth of a business. This particular company are renowned within their industry and boast a varied and exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties amongst others:

  • Development of processes, procedures and business plans in line with growth and all round office management

  • Professional and effective diary management, organising meetings via email and over the phone

  • Travel arrangements both in the UK and internationally

  • Assisting in the production of reports for board meetings

  • Ensure smooth running of tasks across the office including facilities related issues and stationery stock control

  • Maintain the Business Continuity Plan and ensure it is met throughout the business

We are seeking an exceptional experienced EA who has capabilities in the above duties including Office Management and Facilities Management. This is a full-time permanent role suitable for an individual looking to take on a new challenge.
