Commercial Property Fee Earner - Traditional Firm

A leading Legal 500 listed commercial practice is expanding its Real Estate offering and so is keen to recruit a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join the team and be based at the firms' Leamington Spa office.

The firm is one of the most prominent within both Coventry and Warwickshire and has a number of offices within these regions. It offers the full range of legal services to both individuals and commercial entities and is renowned for providing high calibre, expert advice. The firm continuously invests in technology to tailor its approach to the needs of its long standing clients and continues to invest in its staff to ensure constant professional development.

As a consequence of growth, the firm is keen to hear from a paralegal with a minimum of 18 months' experience of working within commercial property to work alongside a senior solicitor on complex real estate transactions. You will have a broad remit to include undertaking post completion work, carrying out legal research, attending both internal and external meetings and drafting a variety of documents pertinent to the completion of real estate projects. You will have strong academics, have had exposure to commercial property at a notable firm already and have the desire and enthusiasm to progress within the firms' Real Estate Team.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package which includes health and dental insurance and also the opportunity to participate in a number of social outings organised by the firm. The practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment and every 3 months the management team host a lunch to update all members of staff as to the workings of the firm and to welcome suggestions as to how the firm can improve, so this is a practice that is very much aware of the importance of employee engagement.

This is a very good opportunity for those who are looking for a career offering stability, a variety of work and a great deal of autonomy at a firm that can offer a very traditional way of working.
