Our client, a Times Top 100 company for the last 10 years, is expanding their Customer Service Team and are currently looking for five talented Customer Service individuals.
The role would be highly suited to people with a strong customer facing background with extensive handling of customer enquiries, to act as brand ambassadors demonstrating their clear and unique company values.

Key Responsibilities:

-Managing ecommerce and mail order sales channel enquiries through a unique customer experience
-Achieving the full 'retail experience' through the e-commerce and mail order channels
-Utilising web and video chat functions to create an innovative customer experience
-Recording customer feedback to enable a continuous improvement programme
-Having a flexible and sensitive approach to each individual query due to nature of the product
-Accurate recording if information to aid personal development and training
-Adopting company mission statement and ethos acting as a brand ambassador at all times
-A high level of written and verbal communication
-Going the extra mile showing enthusiasm and being proud of the brand service you deliver
-A flexible approach to support colleagues and achieve business objectives
