Experienced Candidate Resourcer
Our client is a small but growing boutique commercial recruitment consultancy, who currently work as preferred suppliers to a number of global businesses in a range of industries from technology, financial services and retail amongst others.
Due to an exciting phase of expansion they are looking for an experienced Candidate Resourcer to join their team. The Experienced Candidate Resourcer role would effectively be to take a number of roles and generate a candidate pipeline from scratch, utilising job boards, social media, internal databases and internal networks. Typical roles would include Technical (Risk/Analytics/IT), Project Management, Banking and Marketing, and salary ranges typically between £40k-£150k. Previous experience and success in a similar sourcing role is essential.

They will only consider Experienced Candidate Resourcer candidates who can evidence previous success in sourcing candidates for similar commercial roles, and have a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets over sustained period of time. Therefore a minimum of 2 years commercial Experienced Candidate Resourcer experience is essential.
