Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Solihull for a Inbound Customer Service Manager to join their expanding team.

Salary: £35-40k DOE

Hours: Normal office hours Mon - Fri

Role: You will be managing a large team (circa 70 operatives) who will be taking Inbound calls from new and existing customers so previous experience at this level is essential

Duties: Managing a team of 70 Inbound Customer Service Agents on a daily basis ensuring that all calls are dealt with in an efficient manner to deal with the customers enquiry or queries

Effective personal communication skills are essential within this role as you will be coaching and mentoring members of your team on a daily basis

Ensuring call quality is of the highest standard at all times and within FCA guidelines

You will need to be well organised, with an ability to plan and organise your own duties and also your teams duties on a daily basis

Experience: Previous experience of managing a large team within a FCA regulated environment is essential

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential
