Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an exceptional, qualified Finance Manager to join a prestigious, blue-chip client at their European HQ in Solihull. This is a fast paced and challenging environment and is ideal for an individual who enjoys leading teams whilst also being 'hands on' in their role.
Responsibilities will include:
Team management of accounts payable, billing, payroll and accounting for the UK and some EMEA entities.
Overseeing the management accounting process to strict deadlines
Management of the year end audit
Liaise with senior operational managers regarding financial queries and reviews
Lead the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
Lead key ad hoc projects within the finance team
Those wishing to apply will hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and have management experience within a previous role. You will have good attention to detail, strong Excel skills and be confident liaising with non-finance stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits
A base salary circa £55,000 is offered + car allowance (£5,000) + bonus + pension + healthcare.
