Role objective
As an integral part of the HR Resourcing team, the Resourcing Business Partner is accountable for the end to end recruitment across a defined business areas. The RBP will be the subject matter expert within the field of recruitment and establish and drive key stakeholder relationships in order to build credibility and trust The main objective of the RBP role is to deliver an outstanding service to our hiring managers. The hiring managers are the RBP's main customer and it is the responsibility of the RBP to provide a fantastic experience during the Hiring Manager journey so that they enjoy working with us and give great feedback regardless of how bumpy the journey is. This can only be done by making sure the RBP is completely aligned with other colleagues across the whole resourcing team and work together as one team as well as wider HR, Facilities, IT and any other relevant business function

Key accountabilities
* Manage permanent vacancies within a defined business area * Work with the Managed Service Provider on temp and contract vacancies * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, up to senior management level * Understand the talent landscape of the business area to support the ST talent strategy and promote internal talent with RBP colleagues * Understand resource plans for the business area and work with the rest of the Resourcing team to plan for these requirements * Take detailed briefs on vacancies by assessing job descriptions and consulting on the market conditions, and best methods of attracting candidates * Promote internal talent pool and advise managers on suitable candidates from this pool prior to any external activity is commenced * Provide specialist advice and guidance on recruitment policies, procedures and best practise * Work with the Resourcing Consultants translating Hiring Manager requirements into effective sourcing strategies * Manage and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey from application to offer stage * Support our attraction strategy through job postings, social media activity and careers fairs and workshops. Writing great quality copy for external job adverts, in line with the ST brand * Ensure our systems are kept up to date with all activities taking place and candidates are progressed through each stage of the recruitment process in a timely manner, in accordance with time to hire objectives * Work with the Resourcing Consultants advise on what pipelines are needed to create relevant talent pools * Provide great quality candidate shortlists to hiring managers * Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process including adherence to all ST reference and vetting, security and H&S requirements. * Provide assessment support when required including reviewing assessment material * Work with Hiring Manager and the Resourcing Team to manage the offer process * Managing ad-hoc project based work and reporting as requested * Take ownership for getting candidates on boarded efficiently and effectively.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience of working as a successful and highly credible resourcing business partner in an RPO or in house environment * Experience of managing vacancies and candidates using a recruitment ATS * Extensive experience of stakeholder management at all levels * A solid understanding of sourcing strategies * Good understanding of employment law * Both operational and strategic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment * Skill in the planning and execution of recruitment projects * Experience of building relationships with external and internal partners * Experience of working with a range of recruitment selection tools

* Degree qualified * Ideally SHL Level A&B trained * Clean driving licence
