We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Maintenance Engineer to work within an award winning Food manufacturing business based in South Coventry. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a family business that is now recognised as a market leader throughout the uk. This is a new role within the company so there will definitely be an opportunity to "make the job your own". You will be expected to work across all the sites in the West Midlands so a driving licence is essential. There may be a company van available for your use.

To undertake the role you must holding the following qualifications and be able to undertake the below duties.

- BS7671 17th Edition
- Experience in the food industry. This is so basic food and hygiene standards are understood.
- Be competent undertaking both electrical and mechanical maintenance work.
- Installing and adding new power supplies.
- Competent in undertaking plumbing tasks.
- Pat and fixed wire testing
- Multi site Role within local area. For this reason a full UK driving licence is required.
- Due to the nature of the product, the majority of the work will be undertaken in a temperature controlled environment. This is maintained between 0 and 7 degrees.
- Attention to detail is extremely important, the business prides itself of the quality they provide to their customer base. This must be mirrored by all employees and the work that you undertake each day.

You will be required to work from 07:00 till 16:00 Monday to Friday. However you must poses a degree of flexibility due to the demand's of the business. If you are required to work on a Saturday then time off in the week will be given.

Uniform is also provided by the employer.

In return they offer a negotiable salary between £30000 and £35000 dependant on experience. The position has an estimated start date of March 2017.
