Our well established client based in Lichfield is currently recruiting for a Sales / Customer Service Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties Include:

  • Monitoring outstanding orders and provide customers with order updates, verbally and in writing
  • Releasing customer deliveries on suppliers systems
  • Place new orders and chase existing orders with suppliers
  • Managing own supplier account
  • Monitor collections and deliveries as required
  • Oversee customer returns back to suppliers and monitor corresponding stock and credits
  • Check suppliers invoices and undertake some basic reconciliation
  • Deal with all returns and order related issues
  • Ensuring to provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Uploading new products onto the company website creating product and attributes etc.
  • Amending product prices and information following supplier update
  • Dealing with new sales enquiries by inbound telephone calls / emails

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm / 9.30am - 6.00pm (allocated as per rota)

Must be flexible to work weekends occasionally with a day off in the week

Salary:

£7.69 per hour

12 weeks TTP
