Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30-1:00pm 22.5 hours per week.

This part time role's main duties will include processing and maintaining new vendor requests, creating and maintaining new spare parts requests, checking Daily Physical Inventory in SAP, investigation of anomalies, creating manual Physical inventory count sheets, assisting with Purchase order amendments, progressing open Purchase orders, assisting with Invoice queries, producing SAP reports for Purchasing along with occasional cover for Buyer with PO conversions.

You will have 5 GSCE's or equivalent, have advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative and have a flexible approach to working arrangements.
