This is an opportunity for an organised and professional Executive Assistant to join a leading global employer, providing proactive and high quality remote administrative support to a portfolio of Partners, Executive Directors and Directors.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Act as an ambassador and first point of contact
*Develop and maintain internal and external networks
*Build strong relationships with clients and their PAs
*Provide comprehensive diary management
*Proactively monitor meeting attendance, resolving queries and issues
*Facilitate all logistical arrangements and ensure all documentation is prepared in advance of meetings.
*Travel and itinerary planning, maximizing cost reduction opportunities
*Manage communications, monitor emails, post and calls
*Proofread and sense-check all communications and documentation
*Project manage large and complex events
*Facilitate logistical arrangements and attend events as required
*Manage budget and effectively negotiate costs
*Prepare and submit timesheets
*Collate and process expenses and invoices
*Reconcile credit card/bank statements
*Maintain client contact and relationship databases.
*Provide ad hoc project support.
*Meet and greet visitors
*Provide cover for colleagues during absences as appropriate
