The Office Support Division of the SF Group are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator on a temporary basis for their client based in South Derbyshire. The client offers on site parking, en exciting and interesting business to join as well a lovely, modern offices perfect for someone looking for a role immediately.
The Receptionist/Administrator will meet and greet visitors, take incoming phone calls, deal with customer queries, transfer calls on, update internal systems, type official documents as well an ensure that the reception area is kept tidy at all times.
The successful candidate will be working alone mainly, have strong administration skills, be well presented, have a desire to deliver a strong customer service as well as being reliable and a hard worker. This is an ongoing temporary assignment to start asap. Ideally, the candidate will have access to a vehicle.
