SF Group are recruiting for an exciting new business within Birmingham city centre. This role will require an individual with excellent administrative and coordination skills.The logistics involved in this role will play a key part to the success of the business and happiness of the customers. The relevant candidate can expect a salary from £18,000- £22,000 dependent on experience. The day to day duties in this role will include;

  • Regular liaison with suppliers and third parties
  • Ability to build relationships with external clients
  • Log and track all processes from start to completion
  • Must have excellent organisation skills
  • Provide regular customer updates on the process
  • Ensure the correct departments are notified on a regular basis with relevant updates
  • Ability to map out processes and ensure regular follow up

This role will have multiple different processes at different stages, so you must be able to multi task and complete each job thoroughly from start to completion. You will play a pivotal role within the team, and ensure everyone is working to appropriate deadlines, both internally and externally.
