A Behaviour & Inclusion Specialist Teaching Assistant is required for a Solihull Primary SEBD School.
If you are experienced supporting pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties in a school, specialist or care setting then this could be the role for you.
The Learning Support Plus Team at Monarch Education are working in partnership with a fantastic Primary SEBD school in Solihull. They are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Teaching Assistant to provide classroom & 121 support with pupils with statemented emotional, social & behavioural difficulties.
The school requires an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant who is:
*Experienced in supporting pupils with behavioural difficulties.
*Confident managing challenging behaviour in the classroom and using de-escalation techniques. Team-Teach trained is not essential but would be a great advantage
*Skilled working with pupils with communication difficulties; PECS training is advantageous but not essential
*Able to demonstrate the impact you have had a child's progress and development

The school is fantastic Primary SEN School on the outskirts of Solihull, in a beautiful setting. You would be joining a well-established and supportive SEN support team, where you would be well supported within your role and development would be highly encouraged.
