Do you have experience in the operation and strategic management of databases in a fund raising setting and the ability to create engaging social media content?
We have a unique opportunity for a CRM and social media professional to join to an historic Birmingham Institution as Regular Giving Database Manager.
As Regular Giving Database Manager you will play a pivotal role across multiple functions within this prestigious organisation. You will create, develop and implement a number of digital fundraising strategies to increase donations, liaising extensively with your colleagues to reconcile and process donations. You will be monitoring and analysing all current donation processes, and communicating the organisations gratitude to people who support the cause. Additionally, you will produce detailed analysis of fundraising campaigns, making recommendations for future projects, and support in the research of potential donors who can be targeted with marketing communications.
In this key this position, having full responsibility for all internal CRM systems, regularly migrating large amounts of data from other internal sources will be ‘regulars’ on your ‘to do’ list! Familiarity with all aspects of data protection is essential, and regular liaison with external providers will be key to ensuring effective software provision. Additionally you will have the responsibility of training colleagues effectively to use systems, providing one to one support and also acting as the point of contact for queries.
Having demonstrated that you can confidently manage successful social media campaigns, you will have ultimate responsibility for managing the organisations’ social media presence, creating imaginative content as well as updating webpages. You will liaise with senior colleagues to create key marketing communications, including promoting and occasionally attending events. Additionally, with one direct report, experience of conducting annual appraisals and analysing progress to KPI’s will be beneficial.
