Trade Counter and Showroom Manager - CTD – KINGS NORTON 9901- 064259
We are currently recruiting for a self-driven Trade Counter and Showroom Manager based at our site in Kings Norton, Birmingham.
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Trade Counter and Showroom and ensuring customers receive a fast, friendly and effective service. You must be capable of working under pressure, be able to think on your feet and provide a high standard of customer service through both yourself and your team.
You must have the ability to demonstrate the necessary sales and leadership skills required and you will be responsible for the output of the overall team and make sure that set targets are met. Leading by example, you will need to be on hand to lead and coach your team and also to help deal with any difficult situations that may arise; therefore experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
- Previous Managerial/Supervisory experience desirable
- Full driving licence advantageous
- Good organisational skills
- Decision Making
- Coaching skills
