Contract Consultant / Resourcer
Starting Point Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available for the right candidate to join our contracts team.

The right candidate will be expected:
To manage the recruitment process in its entirety from working with colleagues/customers to define the customers needs through to selection and induction.
To source candidates via internet/CV searches/enquiries.
To source candidates via face to face recruitment i.e. though recruitment fayres/job centres.
To interview candidates and register candidates.
To liaise with administrators to ensure references and DBS checks are completed within timescales required.
To ensure vacancies are filled within timescales.
To liasie with candidates on an ongoing basis to ensure they are kept informed of vacancies/placements.
To provide reports on number of candidates sourced/interviewed/recruited/vacancies filled.
To provide cover for contract consultants as required.
To provide on call cover over evenings and weekends.
To develop, maintain and administer a temporary/permanet worker register.
To support the maintenance and administration of a customer base under the direction of the relevant condultant/manager.
To work with the Deputy Manager to promote the company to attract candidates and communicate with customers.
To provide support, advice and guidance to stakeholders on all aspects of recruitment, prior, during and post assignment.
