Manpower is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to support our National Client located in Atherstone.

This is a great time to join our client, a most prestigious logistics and distribution company in the country.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the face and voice of our business providing excellent customer experiences each and every day.

Job Role:
You will be able to provide customers with a friendly and professional first line support in accordance to our client telephone policy, providing accurate information and solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.

You will ensure all necessary information and data is accurately entered and recorded into the client systems.

You will have the ability to remain composed in difficult situations with customers whilst making sound decisions.

Training will be provided by our client and the successful candidate will have the following competencies:

*High level of customer service ability over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English speaking)
*Superb negotiating skills
*To function efficiently and effectively in stressful situations whilst having empathy and patience towards customer needs
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Good organisation skills
*Positive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
*Ability to work in a team environment
*To comply with our client business principles: Open, Honest and Transparent, treating everyone fairly and with respect.

Working up to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday with flexible start and end times. There are also opportunities to work weekends as well.
