Corporate Customer Service Advisor / Administrator - Could suit gradua
Corporate Customer Service Advisor / Administrator require for my client, a Private Medical Healthcare company based in Hendon Central.
This is a busy, varied and interesting role which could suit a graduate with 1-2 years work experience.
Dealing with referrals from clients
Arranging appointments with a network of clinicians
First point of contact for clients, senior managers and doctors
Managing databases with up to date information
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
1-2 years experience in a client services role
Able to work under pressure with excellent prioritisation skills
Intermediate MS Office knowledge, Word & Excel
Educated to A Level and ideally degree level
This is a progressive role where full training will be given. Some experience of working in a healthcare setting would be useful but is not essential
Salary : GBP22k per annum
Hours : Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30 pm - no shift or weekend work
