Facilities Manager based in Cannock - Interim role

Hays are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager based in Cannock, on an interim basis of at least three months.
Your new role
Your new role will be acting as Facilities Manager within the company. Job duties will include: Managing H&S within the company, ensure the delivery of planned maintenance, manage the hard & soft service provisions, sourcing and liaising with contractors for building refurbishment programmes, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget, undertake regular site audits etc
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position, you will need a strong background within a facilities management role and be able to deliver capital works projects, managing assets and have a good understanding of compliance regimes within building management.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an interim contract of at least 3 months with the salary equivalent to an annual salary of GBP36,000 per annum.
