Customer Service Advisor
My client, a successful and fast growing business within the financial services sector is looking for a Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
The role involves dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and negotiating repayments of outstanding debts from customers. You will be speaking to people, who defaulted on repayments of utility or telecom bills and working out an affordable repayment plan with them.
The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience, preferably office based but candidates from the hospitality and retail sectors will be also considered. You must have an excellent telephone manner and excellent listening and customer service skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with one day from 11am till 8pm (Monday or Wednesday - weekly rotation) and 2 Saturdays per month 9am-12:00pm; salary starts with GBP16.000 plus commission, monthly bonus and incentives with progression to GBP18K/GBP20K based on performance against target.
