The Role

Trade Marketing Manager

Responsible for the development and execution of the product and brand strategy in the trade channel -(Food Service and Industrial B2B)

  • Generate product demand concepts for the channel, based on consumer insights
  • Monitor and manage execution of all channel marketing programs
  • Drive local tailoring of centrally developed concepts, pro-actively get local input
  • Responsible for advocating the channel at product launch meetings and develop the product launch plans
  • Commission channel marketing research to understand consumers needs.
  • Develop marketing materials for the channel
  • Website content on the channel, set social media approach
  • Manage new concepts for the channel
  • Manage delivery of programs and support materials to the sales team

The positions reports into the Senior Marketing Manager

The Candidate

  • Trade marketing experience within Food or FMCG Manufacturing
  • Ideally degree educated but not essential
  • Knowledge of channel and distributors
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Team player
