Hamlin Knight is currently looking to recruit for an experienced Spares Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing company based in Coventry.

As part of a succession planning team you will be responsible for,

The first point of contact for customer spares parts enquiries.
Preparing spare parts quotations.
Confirming delivery dates with customers.
Dealing with any technically enquiries.
Dealing with engineering on and off site.
Entering data to the in house CRM system.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of liaising with engineers and ordering parts.
It is essential that you are able to remain calm under pressure, have a good eye for detail and are confident with Excel and Outlook packages.
