Arden Personnel are currently looking for an Contracts Co-ordinator to join a nationwide company who are based in Redditch. You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager and will need to be responsible for;

  • Maintaining and updating the company's system records
  • Preparation of Tenders
  • Dealing with Contracts
  • Data entry
  • Administrative support
  • Dealing with customer queries and new tender enquiries with excellent customer service by both phone and email
  • Produce Tender costs using in house system
  • Action contracts renewals

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Contracts Co-ordinator role you will need to;

  • Have previous experience with quotes and billing
  • Have the ability to work towards tight dealdlines
  • Have a keen eye for detail with a high importance on delivering quality
  • Take pride in the work produced
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of an administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate - good experience of using Word and Excel
  • Numerate
