HR Change Specialist - Systems
I have a fantastic opportunity for a highly articulate, engaging HR Change Specialist - Systems to support my client in the implementation of a new HR system across the organisation.
Based in the West Midlands, my client is a highly regarded professional services organisation with a global presence
The HR Change Specialist will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the Oracle HR systems across EMEA. This system will be supporting HR Data & MI, HR Self Service and Payroll.
You will have responsibility for management of a small team within the organisation and work closely with the implementation partners to manage the implementation process.
You will promote the change and take employees on the change journey, supporting them to adapt to new ways of working .
This role will be based between Manchester and Solihull, so will require the successful candidate to be able to commit to 2/3 days per week at either site.
Key Experience/ Skills
- A HR Change Specialist who has a proven track record in HR Systems implementation projects
- Knowledge of Oracle would be beneficial
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within professional services would be beneficial
This role is being offered on a 12 month contract contract, either FTC or Day Rate via LTD/ Umbrella Company.
The Salary/ Day Rate is negotiable, however my client does need someone immediately available to start
