Data Entry/General Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Data Entry person to join a fast paced communications company in the CV1 area of Coventry. This is an immediate start on an ongoing, temporary basis.
Outline of duties: Mostly inputting data onto spreadsheets - working from both electronic and paper documents
Will need to have flexibility due to other general duties such as collating receipts/expenses, processing Purchase Orders, chasing via telephone/email outstanding invoices and anything else the client may require.
Experience required: Good IT Skills - Excel specifically, but also Word, Outlook
Needs to have good attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work independently T
his is subject to interview with the client to go through the full details of the position.
Hours are: Mon - Fri either 7am-4pm or 8am to 5pm (but flexibility is required and overtime may be available).
Pay rate is GBP8.00-GBP8.50 and you must be available immediately
