A fantastic opening has arisen for an Accounts Team Leader based in Bromsgrove, to oversee the day to day operations of a thriving accounts department. You will be working for a company with a wide range of industry sectors and funding expertise. Based in Bromsgrove you will be working in a modern lively office for a company that prides themselves on the quality service they offer their customers.

As an Accounts Team Leader you will be:
* Responsible for the day to day running of a small finance department including trial balance and all aspects of month end processes and procedures
* Managing 3 Credit Controllers and 2 Payroll staff
* Monitoring Credit Control targets and building relationships with banks
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports
* Assisting in preparation of VAT returns
* Assisting with audit file preparation and providing support during the audit process
* Responsible for daily sales ledger and purchase ledger

As the successful Accounts Team Leader you will be:
* Experienced in supervising an Accounts team
* An AAT studier (Level 2, 3 or 4) or part qualified ACCA/CIMA
* Have previous experience of month end accounting and trial balance
* IT literate - Sage 50 and MS Office packages
* You may have experience of the following: Team Leader, Supervisor, Finance Supervisor, Payroll Supervisor, Credit Control Manager, Credit Controller, Sales Ledger Manager, Purchase Ledger Manager, Sage 50, 500, 100, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, Finance Controller or Manager

As the Team Leader your salary will be GBP28,000 per year.
