The Role of CNC Setter / Operator;

For the role of CNC Setter / Operator we are prioritising the Night Shift for which we have 4 roles available:
Monday to Thursday 7pm to 7am (Time and a third shift allowance)

There is 1 day shift remaining
Day shift is 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

- To Set vertical CNC milling machines using Heidenhain Controls
- Programming and editing programmes on Heidenhain controls
- To liaise with Inspection Department to ensure timely First Off
- Maintain all Health & Safety Requirements

Details of our Client who seeks a CNC Setter / Operator;

A Precision Engineering company, established for 35 years and priding themselves on their ability to produce technically complex components that meet customer's requirements across industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Food. Processes used are Milling and Turning with state of the art Machinery following a multi-million pound investment. Due to growth, they require a number of talented CNC Setter / Operators.

The Ideal Candidate for the role of CNC Setter/Operator;

- Will be an experienced CNC Setter / Operator
- Will be able to programme and edit programmes using Heidenhain controls
- Will have knowledge and experience of Heidenhain controls
- Will have experience within the Automotive, F1 or Aerospace sector
- Will have the ability to set and prove out complex components to the highest Quality Standards
- Will be a Team Player with a positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised
