Here at 360 Solutions UK Ltd we are looking for a new key team member to join our sales andmarketing team. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Business DevelopmentConsultant to join our team.

If you come from a strong sales background and have a track record of over achieving targets thenwe want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customeracquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a large number ofoutbound calls per day, working with our existing customer portfolio to develop relationships,generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


- Generation of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls.
- Develop current customer accounts to cross sell additional products and services
- Work to monthly targets
- Mapping of market sector - identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects


- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Strong phone presence and experience of high volume calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
