Sales Ledger Clerk required for a permanent position based near Lichfield. You will be responsible for posting and allocating payments, dealing with direct debit runs and reconciling bank accounts for multiple business units. Other duties include dealing with queries and reconciling petty cash.

You will have bank reconciliation experience and have used a computerised accounts package and Excel. The ideal candidate will have worked within a high volume accounts department. Attention to detail and a good telephone manner are important.

My client is a service sector business who have grown organically and by acquisition. They offer their employees a good work environment in modern offices. They offer 20 days holiday rising to 25 in year 2. There is parking available on site and they are accessible by public transport.
