HR Assistant - part time
My client is seeking a part time HR Assistant to work with the HR Manager to help alleviate their workload. So if you have been developing your career in HR and would like to be part of an award winning and growing company, this could be the ideal role for you.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with me :) for recruitment requirements
- Compiling job descriptions and administrating telephone interviews
- Monitor department progress - lateness/ appraisals/ RTW
- Opportunity to be involved with HR issues & situations as they arise
Ideal you will be at CIPD level 3 (or working towards it) and wishing to get a foothold on the HR career ladder.
My clients are investors in people and this role will support you in employment law seminars etc. and really help you grow into the role.
This is wonderful opportunity and the right kind of person will have a friendly (no stick in the muds), approachable coupled with a professional attitude. Your communication skills need to be outstanding and a desire to work as part of a great team of people should be paramount.
This is a part time role with an option to work 15 or 22.5 hours per week.
