My client is looking for a Business Development Manager to promote their range of industrial products such as industrial Polyurethane and Rubber products direct to Industrial OEMs , distributors and after sales service organisations.

Job Title: Account Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

Salary: £25,000 plus commission, co car & benefits, OTE £30-35k

Territory: Nationwide

Based: Midlands

Covering the UK, you will be responsible for working out in the field, selling industrial products as well as system components to a range of industries including retail, automotive, materials handling, aerospace and ship building. You will be given a number of key accounts to manage, and you will be tasked with generating new business. You will also be involved in escalated customer service queries, debt management and contract negotiations.

The role will be a mixture of working out in the field (Nationwide) and working internally at their West Midlands office

They will give you full training on their products and provide excellent support

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-4 years field sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail, able to research and profile clients
- Tenacious, resilient and career minded
- Business development experience
- Based in the Midlands
