The Role:

I have a rare opportunity to join a well funded early stage innovative medical device company. This is a hugely exciting time for the company and this position will be demanding but rewarding. You will work alongside the R&D team with senior management exposure to take the business to the next stage and beyond.

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced operational professional with a lot of hands on experience. You may come from a corporate background however it is absolutely essential you are comfortable taking a hands on approach as this is a close knit team which is only going to grow. You must also be a competent project manager and able to pick up the key responsibilities of the role quickly. Candidates will have relevant experience in the health, NPI, manufacturing, R&D and medical devices.

Candidate Requirements

The broad outline of the skills we are looking for are:

Managing and optimising all aspects of the manufacturing and logistics supply chain
Meeting development targets
Product specification & change control
Inputs to management accounts, working capital forecasts and financial functions
Quality management system (ISO13485) maintenance & change control
Management of external quality and regulatory audits
Liaison with regulatory bodies
Reporting to the Board on KPIs, production and quality matters
Integration of product developments and new products into manufacturing process
