ECOM Application Onboarding work alongside the ECOM office to ensure that our Tier 1 Investment Banking client'sapplications are compliant with policies.

The onboarding team ensures that data capture, retention and surveillance requirements are being adhered to, subject to Laws and regulations of multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, use of the Electronic Communication Systems may be subject to disclosure or other requirements in litigations, regulatory investigations, and other legal proceedings.

The clienthas established a dedicated ECOM App Onboarding team to ensure:

- Electronic messaging data is captured consistently, providing guidance to application owners on data to be retained in archives.
- Act as an interface between archive and application owners.
- Manage the standards of onboarding ECS applications.
- Provide messaging search and retrieval teams details on how to retrieve data in response to requests.
- Ensure Users of ECS applications are known to the bank.
- Identify and record where data to being retained is.
- An effective and collaborative team underpinned by robust and repeatable process;
- A reliable and efficient service to its stakeholders built on the principles of quality, accuracy and completeness of delivery;


We are looking for a full-time Application Onboarding Business Analyst.. Responsibilities will manage and coordinate end-to-end activities for onboarding new applications to the archive, including:

- Onboarding ECS applications as per onboarding standards.
- Collection of new Userlists for Server Discovery.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Work towards target KPIs
- Being the single point of contact to the application team;
- Creates or contribute to appropriate project artefacts that may include: project plans, milestones, team and stakeholder communications, resource and time management.
- Manage and update ECOM App Onboarding procedures.
- Provide handover of Onboarded applications to eDiscovery

This role reports to our Head of FS and will be based in Birmingham, with national travel.

Required skills and Experience

We are looking for talented, dynamic and experienced consulting professionals with business analysis skills. You will have:

- Good understanding of SDLC
- Background in business analysis, experienced in gathering requirements and translating them into outcomes
- A working understanding of project management methodologies and some project management experience
- Experience of working in an infrastructure environment or as a DBA would be beneficial
- Experience of working at the interface between application teams and infrastructure teams to deliver join projects/programmes. Ability to be the link between the business and the various IT teams
- Customer & service orientation
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Used to working to tight deadlines and identifying problems at an early stage and help to fix those problems;
- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to work autonomously in a team and fast paced environments;
- Proven track record in working with virtual and off-shore teams and in global matrix structures;
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
- Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma / work experience);
- ITIL foundation.

Travel Requirements
Consultants are expected to work from a London base, but be flexible with regards to travel within the UK as you could be working away from home during the week. Exciting opportunities exist for those employees who may wish to work abroad as part of their time with Pcubed.
