Seeking to recruit a FREIGHT SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to promote Airfreight and Seafreight products and services, gaining New Business Accounts and Managing Key Customer Accounts.

The role of FREIGHT SALES EXECUTIVE will include conducting presentations, promoting and highlighting benefits of Airfreight and Seafreight services. Also responsible for leading rate and cost negotiations, ensuring up to date SOP's are in place and all customers new and existing are fully aware of the excellent range of freight forwarding services available.

This position is covering a lucrative territory of the Central England region, promoting Airfreight, Seafreight and Import & Export services, attending sales appointment, presenting Logistics solutions, through to closing the sale.

Offering a negotiable basic salary of £35K - £45K, with a full range of benefits to include Company Car/Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Pension, Private Health cover and rewarding commission scheme.

The successful candidate will be required to be outgoing, motivated and have a target driven approach to sales and business development. Is eager to increase business, gain new business sales and possesses strong communication and rapport building skills and sound understanding of Freight Forwarding, in particular Airfreight and Seafreight.

Previous experience of working in the FREIGHT FORWARDING, Airfreight, Seafreight, Imports & Exports industry and within SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT position is essential for this role.
