Salary: £8.20 per hour

16 hours per week (over 4 days)

Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support for their Extra Care scheme at in the heart of Penkridge.

The scope of this role will include assisting with all scheme related administration, including arranging meetings, minute taking and producing correspondence and documentation. In addition, you will also assist with financial and housing management procedures. You will ensure that deadlines are met and that excellent quality of work is maintained throughout.

A first-rate verbal and written communicator, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external customers, including key departments such as Payroll and HR as well as their customers and their families and visitors. You will have a proven track record of building successful working relationships with colleagues and clients alike, and of delivering to a high standard in your work.

You will be detail conscious and meticulous in your record keeping, as you will be responsible for collecting and collating information for a variety of purposes.

This role requires good organization skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure and follow procedures, as well as attention to detail and team working skills. The successful candidate will have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel), and previous experience of office administration would be of benefit.

An enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
