The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant / Dynamics CRM Consultant to join an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner and build, develop and lead their Microsoft Dynamics Practice! You will help plan and develop the proposition as well as design, configure and implement enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions to support clients' business processes, as well as lead and managing a team of Consultants to grow a successful practice.

With a clear focus on delivering the best value to clients, you will work through the complete consulting lifecycle, including (but not limited to):

Design/Architecture: Running requirement and design workshops, producing design documentation, technical architecture, presenting to clients on a variety of areas and working closely with the customer to project requirements, scope, and integration with their existing systems.

Pre-Sales/Bid Support: Working in conjunction the Microsoft specialist and centric Account Directors and dedicated Dynamics 365 solution sales specialists to create bid documentation and provide technical pre-sales support

Deployment: Configuration, integration, testing, optimisation and implementation of Dynamics solutions.

This is a home based opportunity, with time split between travel to a variety of client sites across the public and private sectors and office time

About You

The Practice is dedicated to working with the Microsoft Dynamics technologies, so we are interested in hearing about your experience designing and implementing either Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.

You also ideally will have had some experience of leading a team of technical consultants, and surrounding business activities or be keen and capable to step up.

Ideally you will have already completed some of your Microsoft Certifications, but the opportunity to gain further certifications will be provided.

Due to the client-facing nature of the role, excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems clearly are a must.

Please note that all successful candidates will be required to pass SC clearance.
