Due to continued growth, a Payroll Supervisor is required in South Birmingham.
A growing business based in Solihull.
As the Payroll Supervisor, you will have full responsibility for managing the payroll function for the business.
Key responsibilities include;
- Responsible for the day to day management of the payroll function
- Manual calculations including SMP, SSP, PAYE
- Dealing with and resolving any payroll queries
- Producing monthly reports
- Providing payroll analysis to Senior Management
- Ad hoc HR queries as and when required
- A proven track record in a similar role
- The ability to multi task and work within tight month end deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good system skills, including Excel
