Do you have Automotive industry experience and excellent developer knowledge of SharePoint?

Our luxury brand automotive client have a long term contract based in West Midlands for a Project Leader.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop the Buyer Portal ensuring tasks nominated by the Buyers are uploaded and in a suitable format for Buyer community

Requirements for this role include but are not limited to:-

- To ensure Portal documentation is accurate and look for opportunities for continuous improvement
- To assist with the creating of the new Purchasing intranet site
- To liaise with relevant teams to ensure that global teams are aware of the Portal and their requirements are captured
- To develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- To support the Knowledge Manager to help shape strategic direction of Knowledge Management activities across Purchasing Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Proactively ensuring updates and new tasks are added to the Buyer Portal, identifying and liaising with Buyers and SMES to ensure maintenance of highest quality of content
- Organising monthly meetings with new starters to promote accessibility to Buyer Portal, manage room bookings, invites, delegate lists

Skills Required:

- Excellent SharePoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent networking and project management skills
