Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established, successful group of companies based within Hereford. We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide first class accounts support to the Finance Director and finance team.
The Accounts Assistant will administer the weekly payroll and collection of sales ledger outstanding monies as well as processing sales and purchase invoices and aid in the production of monthly management accounts.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Producing weekly wages including calculating weekly bonus’
- Credit control
- Administration of both sales and purchase ledgers for four companies within the group
- Accounts filing and organisation
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities as required
Experience of Sage Line 50 desirable.
On-site parking – 4.30 finish on a Friday
