This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established but growing business who offer a niche service which is high in demand from its clients. My client specialises in the high end fit out market mainly in hospitals and universities, they are also involved in full office refurbishments and fits outs. Generally they're main focus is restaurant, coffee shop fit out, entrance ways and office fit outs

They are looking for site managers to work on a full-time basis on projects across the UK ranging from GBP50k up to GBP1 million.

The role will involve;

• Managing all sub contracts (they are a management company)
• Liaise with clients (although project managers will take the lead on this)
• The role will be restaurant, coffee shop, office, catering fit outs so this will involve all associated works
• Manage the programme of works and on some instances, write the program
• Manage Health and safety on site.
• Manage the traffic of people around the site to ensure no interference with the works
• Liaise with project manager and project director as well as main contractor QS
• Ensure programme is complete on tender and on time

The ideal candidate will;

• Have SMSTS
• Health and safety
• First Aid
• CSCS card
• Have at least 2 years working in a similar role
• Can be self sufficient
• Be willing to work away from home
• My client would consider people with 2 years' experience plus and as such the salary would be down to experience and they are flexible with the type of candidate they attract


• Salary GBP30k - GBP42k dependant on seniority and length of experience
• Car allowance of GBP4500 per annum
• 45p mileage paid for first 10k miles. 25p after that
• Hotels and boarding paid (In reputable hotels)
• Meal allowance/parking expenses paid
• Laptop
• Mobile phone
