Your new role
This is both an operational and strategic role in which you will deliver HR strategy and provide comprehensive hands on support throughout the entire HR lifecycle which includes employee relations, reward & benefits, talent management & recruitment, learning & development, training & coaching. Specific areas of importance include employee engagement, staff development, reward & recognition and coaching.
What you'll need to succeed
You are CIPD Qualified, may be studying towards a qualification or have the equivalent level of experience. You have both operational and strategic experience and are comfortable wearing both hats. You have worked in an autonomous roles, possibly a stand alone role and have experience writing policies processes and coaching managers. You have worked on people development and employee engagement.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on your recent and relevant experience. You will work in new open plan offices with free parking on site. You will join a growing, driven company that encourage innovation and ideas and have the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director to establish and deliver the HR strategy.
