Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Fradley. We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join an existing team. Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for you to develop and progress.

THE JOB ROLE

·This key role involves liaising closely with internal/external depots

·Liaising with suppliers, FLT Drivers, HGV drivers and internal staff

·Processing Orders

·General Administration

·Creating and updating spreadsheets

·Customer Service

·Deal with general enquiries

ESSENTIAL

·Excellent communication skills are a must.

·IT competency in Excel and Word

·Excellent telephone manner

·Strong organisation skills with a calm and professional approach.

DESIRABLE

·You must possess a friendly/outgoing personality, be a problem solver who thinks ‘outside the box’, and have a proactive approach demonstrating good attention to detail.
